Contents: Bhringraj (Eclipta alba), Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri), Shikakai (Acacia concinna), Amla (Emblica officinalis), Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum).

Directions: Mix 1-3 tablespoons of the powder with enough cold-pressed plant oil (for example, extra-virgin, cold-pressed coconut or olive oil) and/or filtered or spring water to make a runny paste. Warm the paste gently for about 30 minutes over a double boiler or very low heat. Don’t cook it, you must be able to put your finger into the warming mixture. Apply the mixture to your hair and scalp in a thick layer, cover with clingwrap or a showercap and leave it on for 1 hour. Wash and condition your hair. If you want to use the mixture on your facial skin, then do the same steps. You can also mix the powder with filtered/spring water. Repeat weekly for best results.
