Only use after rinsing off O’Care Professional Relaxer cream : Neutralizing Shampoo – step-2: It is highly recommended to apply a rinse-off treatment conditioner before using the neutralizing shampoo. Apply the shampoo to the hair and massage until lather changes from purple(high pH) to blue ( neutral pH). Please make sure the cream traces are removed completely before proceeding to normal styling.
